Where does MarkovaX deliver?
We currently accept physical-product orders for delivery within Canada only.
How long does order processing take?
Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time may begin processing on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated transit time is 7–22 business days. Including processing, estimated total delivery is 8–25 business days. These are general estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within Canada unless a different charge is clearly displayed before payment.

Eligible regular physical products may be returned when requested within 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exceptions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
